At Mambo, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something is not right for you, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-Day Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unworn, other than for normal fitting.
- Be unwashed.
- Be undamaged and unaltered.
- Be returned with its original tags, where applicable.
- Be in a condition suitable for resale.
Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
Exchanges are subject to product, size, and color availability.
Store Credit
Instead of exchanging an item, you may request a refund in the form of Mambo store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
The store credit will equal the amount you actually paid for the approved returned item.
For example, if you paid 500 MAD for an item, your approved store credit will be 500 MAD.
Store credit will normally be issued as a gift card or another form of credit that can be used toward future purchases on mambo.ma.
Store credit issued under this commercial return policy is not redeemable for cash.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mambo.ma.
Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
For voluntary exchanges or store-credit returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Start a Return
To request an exchange or store credit, contact:
Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from us.
Your Legal Rights
This 30-day policy is an additional commercial policy offered by Mambo and does not limit or replace any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Moroccan law.
