1. Our Store

Mambo offers clothing, footwear, accessories, and related products through mambo.ma.

We reserve the right to update our product selection and website from time to time.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including their colors, materials, styles, sizes, photographs, and descriptions.

However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Minor differences in appearance that do not materially change the product may therefore occur.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

An item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on mambo.ma are normally shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you place the order, subject to any valid discount or promotion.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

We may change prices for future orders at any time.

5. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information.

Before completing an order, you should review:

Prices and applicable charges.

Mambo may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect information, product unavailability, or a clear technical or pricing error, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on the options currently offered by Mambo, payment may include online payment, cash on delivery, or other available methods.

Payments processed through third-party payment providers may also be subject to that provider's terms and security procedures.

7. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within approximately 24 business hours from Monday to Friday.

Following confirmation and shipment, delivery normally takes approximately 1 to 3 business days.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Mambo offers a 30-day exchange and store-credit policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be converted into cash.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Certain promotions may not be combined.
Promotions may have specific eligibility or validity periods.

10. Store Credit and Gift Cards

Store credit and gift cards may be used for eligible purchases on mambo.ma.

Unless otherwise required by law, store credit issued under our commercial return policy cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unless otherwise stated, the Mambo name, branding, website design, photographs, videos, graphics, text, logos, and other original content appearing on mambo.ma belong to Mambo, Prestige-Tex, or their respective licensors.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

13. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through mambo.ma is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Moroccan data-protection requirements.

Morocco's Law 09-08 regulates the processing of personal data, and the CNDP states that organizations processing personal data must respect principles including lawful purpose, proportionality, transparency, accuracy, and security.
